Tell us about your business.

Fill this in honestly — your Facilitator uses these details to match you with the right Members and build your hub position.

Be as detailed as you can.

Everything you put here becomes substrate your Facilitator uses to deliver value to your business. The more specific and detailed your answers, the better-matched the Members who land at your door — and the less you have to repeat yourself on every introduction call.

If a section asks for a narrative answer, write at length. If a checkbox list has 12 options and 8 apply to you, tick all 8.

Service Provider Agreement

Before we get started, please read and agree to the following. This sets out what ARC commits to you and what we ask of you in return.

What ARC commits to you

ARC will produce 3 qualified leads to begin the relationship. You only pay ARC when a lead becomes a paying client — the fee is agreed between you and ARC before leads begin.
ARC will present you to Members and prospects in a professional and accurate manner, using the information you provide in this form.
ARC will brief you on each lead before you make contact — so you arrive to every conversation with context.
ARC will work to match leads to your ideal client profile — not send you leads that are a poor fit.
ARC will never share your personal contact details without your permission.

What we ask of you

Contact every lead within 48 hours of receiving the brief — no exceptions. If you cannot reach the lead, notify ARC of your attempts.
Update ARC on the outcome of every lead contact — whether the conversation happened, what was discussed, and the next step.
Present yourself professionally in all interactions with ARC Members and prospects. Your conduct reflects on the network.
Be honest about your services, experience, and availability. Do not overstate capability or capacity.
Keep your profile information current. If your services, focus, or availability change, let ARC know promptly.
Respect Member confidentiality. Information shared by Members through the ARC diagnostic process is private. It is not to be shared, used for marketing, or disclosed outside the engagement.

Referral fee — how ARC gets paid

ARC produces leads. You only pay a referral fee when a lead becomes a paying client. We agree on a fair fee before leads begin — there are no upfront costs and no Value Packs.

What referral fee are you happy to offer ARC for clients we introduce?

This is your starting offer — we will confirm the fee on your onboarding call. It does not need to be exact right now.

1

Got a business card? Skip the typing.

Snap a photo of your business card and we'll pull your name and contact details from it. If you'd rather type them in below, that's fine too.

JPG or PNG. Just the front is fine. We'll handle the rest.

2

Your name

3

Best phone number to call you on

A mobile is best — that's how your Facilitator will reach out to book the meet-and-greet. Everything else (email, LinkedIn) we'll grab from your card or your LinkedIn profile.

4

Describe your perfect client

3 or 4 attributes that paint the picture — industry, size, role, problem they have, whatever lands. Don't overthink this.

5

Your niche, or the 2–3 services you most want to grow right now

Tell us what you do and what you'd like more of. We use this to match you with the right Members.

We'll dig deeper on the meet-and-greet call. Just a starting picture for now.

About your business

A quick snapshot of your business structure helps ARC match you with the right Members and referral partners.

Select all that apply.

Your ideal client profile

Help us understand exactly who you work best with. The more specific you are, the better we can match you to the right Members.

In plain language — the way a client would describe it, not the technical version.

Knowing who you don't want is as useful as knowing who you do.

Your best referral partner profile

Who else works with the same clients you do? Strong referral partnerships are one of the most valuable things the ARC network builds. The more specific you are here, the better we can connect you.

This helps us identify natural connection points inside the Hub.

Your special offer for ARC Members

Every Solutions Provider in ARC makes a complimentary offer to Members — a genuine sample of what you do. It can be a free session, an audit, a report, a strategy call — whatever best represents what you bring.

Review what other providers have offered → — if that helps you shape yours.

If you don’t have an offer yet, leave this blank — your Facilitator will work with you to create one.

Be specific. A named, described offer creates a stronger first impression with Members.

Your 6 discovery questions

When a new potential client comes to you through ARC, what are the 6 questions you would ask to assess their situation, understand their challenges, and get the information you need? These help your Facilitator brief Members before they meet you.

3 challenges in your business right now

What are the three biggest challenges you are currently facing in your own business? This helps ARC understand where you might benefit from the network — and connects you with the right people faster.

You may also find something useful for your own business in the ARC offer vault — browse what other providers have offered →

Do you have any existing content or programs?

If you have courses, programs, info sessions, ebooks, or a membership offering, ARC can help promote these to Members. Let us know what you have.

Include a brief description, price if applicable, and how you typically deliver it.

Advisory board interest

ARC runs an advisory panel program for Members — connecting business owners with experienced specialists for structured advice. This is a one-hour Zoom call per month. Would you be interested in being part of this panel?

How do you want to be involved?

There are two ways to be a Service Provider in ARC. Pick the one that fits where you are right now — you can always move up later.

T2 Hub Member — attendance commitment

Not sure? Our team will walk you through both options on the meet-and-greet call.

6

Best times and days to call

When suits you for the meet-and-greet? Pick whatever fits.

7

Anything you'd like to add or ask?

Optional. Anything you want Darren and your Facilitator to know before they call — or any questions you'd like answered.

Before you submit

Book your onboarding call first

Free · Online · Then submit this form below

Thank you for taking the time.

A long form, a real commitment — and now you’re part of the Resource Network.

Your dedicated Facilitator will be in touch within 24–48 hours to walk through your submission, answer any questions, and confirm next steps. After review, your Member-facing profile goes live in your Hub and the network can begin routing Members to you.

Recommended next step

Walk in your Members’ shoes.

Now that you’ve completed the SP onboarding, we strongly recommend completing the “I’m looking for solutions” form too. It takes a few minutes, and it’s the same journey your potential clients will go through with ARC. Living it from the inside means you’ll understand exactly what your future Members feel when they reach out — and you’ll get the full Resource Network experience yourself.

Optional but recommended. The Facilitator team has found that SPs who’ve walked the Member path themselves convert their leads better and onboard their clients faster.

Help grow ARC

Now share this with someone else.

You just gave ARC real time and detail — thank you. The cost-of-living crisis is hurting Australians in every postcode. Imagine if every business owner you know had a Facilitator and a network behind them. That’s the unison engine. One person tells another. That person tells two more. Together, we move the country forward.

Or grab the QR code from the front page to show people in person.
